Through simulating analysis in core model design, we precisely calculate vibration frequency and size, preventing core cavity resonance. Spring connections between the core and windings, and the core and frame, reduce noise by 10-15dB below the standard.

For enhanced anti-short circuit capabilities, LV windings exceeding 400 kVA now utilize advanced foil conductors. This design improves ampere-turn balance and minimizes transverse magnetic flux leakage.

Additionally, an optimized air passage within the winding significantly enhances heat dissipation, lowering temperature rise and increasing the product's overload capacity.

HV windings utilize high-quality copper conductors with fiberglass-reinforced insulation. They are vacuum-cast using a German HUBERS machine to ensure optimal resin penetration, significantly reducing partial discharge (e.g., below 5pC for 11kV products).

Optimized structural design enhances the electric field distribution, and advanced lightning wave simulation technology substantially improves the transformer's anti-lightning capability.
