High-voltage/LV-voltage prefabricated substation, also called as "European Type Substation Transformer" is the complete set of power distribution equipment, which is composed of HV switchgear, power distribution transformer, LV switchgear, electricity metering devices,
reactive compensation devices,connection sub-assemblies and other auxiliaary devices. These components, devices and sub-assemblies are pre-fabricated one or several different housing and then used together to transmit power from HV system to LV system.
After digesting the up-to-date technology and advantages of the prefabricated substation in the market and based on the actual project appliation requirements, Pearl Electric designed and developed the new generation of prefabricated substation. It features compact structure,less and occupation, high safety and reliability and simple installation. - Ambient temperature: maximum:+40ºC;minimum -25ºC(ourdoor), -5ºC(indoor)
- monthly average: +30ºC,annual average: +20ºC
- Relative humidity: not higher than 95% for daily average humidity and not higher than 90% for monthly average at 25ºC ambient temperature.
- Altitude: less than 1000 meters.
- Seismic level: less than 3m/
s2 at horizontal direction and vertical direction.
- Installation environment: No obvioue and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gass and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.

Transformer Chracteristics:
Transformer Core
1. The core is made of high quality grain-oriented cold-rollled silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, by using 45°five-stepping all leaning lamination way to laminat. So the no-load losss and the no-load current are reduced effiently.
Transformer Windings
LV windings
1. LV winding is manufactured with high quality foil conductor or copper wire, and the ampere-turn is balanceable.The additional loss is low and the ability of anti-short is improved.
2. Oil drains of heat dispersion aer scientifically used in the winding, and the surface of heat dissipation is increased, so the tempertature is reduced and the ability of over-load is improved.
HV windings
HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper wire and excellent design structure. It improves the distribution of electric filed. With lighting impulse analysis, the ability of anti-lighting impulse hase been improved.
